Trying to reclaim unfair bank charges.
I am being frustrated by the inaction by LloydsTSB. Despite writing to them on countless occasions highlighting I meet the "hardship" test they are refusing to deal with my claim. regarding the bank charges i understand that i cant claim money back for being over drawn but for eg £4600 overdraft and i was £4200 overdrawn if they charged me £72 for this can i claim back the intrest on the £72 although i cant claim back the £72 thanks for your help:T
