how to list charges

Hello,

I have just done my letter to natwest re claiming back charges, I managed to access all my charges on line through historic transactions which went back to 2002!

How do i list the charges, to i put card misuse, referral charge etc and also there are a lot that have just a date not a reason. I could not find this information when i searched, so I apologise in advance if it is posted somewhere.

Also on the template letter to the bank, it just says "reflect to true cost to natwest of going into unauthorised overdraft" but i also have misused cards, returned direct debits etc. so is it ok just to leave it as is says on template.

thanks for any help.
