LLOYDS TSB..MMMMMMmmmm

i have not been on here for while, but heard the news about the court the day. what i would like to know is that what happened to lloyds the other day in court. as my claim is with is with them i was wondering how this affects my claim. i have sent all the letters and got replies, the last being told that everything was put on hold waiting for the outcome of the courts. this was last year. my claim is for £4889 in prosses and have not even started the other account for £3544 in charges! can i still go ahead with other slaim or will i be told to wait untill other court dates?

Nothing has changed with regards to Court claims. They remain stayed because the court issues have not quite finished. The banks will have the right to petition the house of lords to appeal the Court of Appeal((it is unlikely they will get this). So, we are nearer but this may be the half time in events.

My apologies, there was a comma missing. It should have read
"you do have an acknowledgement of your claim, right?
