Increasing demands at MCOL stage
I have recently had my 'full and final' from A+L. I had offered to take a lower figure which they ignored so now Im going to MCOL. Is it ok now to request the full amount they charged + 2 more fees since the process started. My worry is that the letters I sent them refer to a different figure and this may trip me up.

Can you reclaim bank charges on an account that has been closed? I had a bank account for 10 years and closed it last year however know fine well that I had loads of charges? Can I still claim these charges from the past 6 years if I can obtain the statements - which I do still have?? :grouphug:
