Posted something similar in a different place yesterday....just wanted to have a thread to mark my progress, and get help, if i hit difficulties...

If all goes well, i will post updates as and when.
as it stands:
Woolwich....at asking for refund stage, 1st letter sent 6th june.
Barclays...awaiting charges list, 1st letter sent 6th june.
Barclaycard x 2.... ball rolling 1st letter sent 2nd july.
Capital one.....ball rolling letter sent 2nd july.
I'm hopeful rather than confident about this process, but this site gives you access to people who have been there and done it. Thanks in advance for anyone who posts along the way, or helps me.

Update:
Recieved an offer of £1,658 (what seems to be a standard 75% by reading other posts on this site) on 12th july...Considering options on this offer. May accept to 'fund' other fights.... really not sure...
Capital One.... got charges lists 13th July, sent off asking for a refund of £760 this morning.
Barclays....got reply through 10th July.. bit more work involved compared to woolwich who just sent a list of charges, Barclays sent copy statements to sort through. Sent letter asking for £1,430 refund 12th july.
Still waiting for Barclaycards......:mad:0
