Nationwide contactless credit card charged another bill to me!

Passport office, very fast for me!
Filled in forms last Tuesday night, printed them Wednesday morning and posted them same day recorded, today I had my new passport. It was a renewal but old one was 5 years out of date Just shocked that they only recieved documents on Thursday and today have new passport! I don't think that can really be beaten easily!
Santander Bank. Call Centre response time.
OMG. Are they the worst!! As a new customer I needed to ring the Call Centre with direct debit issue. Gave up after waiting over ONE Hour to speak to an advisor. Will be reverting back to my old bank. Never ever waited that long with them Terrible service.
