McCain - Very helpful

I made an enquiry to McCain a while ago about some of their products, mainly I was interested in the substantially large range (it is surprising generally what food manufacturers sell in different countries) of currently non-UK products with a query as to if they would be selling them here.
Although I also mentioned a minor (and it was very minor) concern with a product, I also stated clearly I was not after any form of reimbursement I was merely mainly enquiring about the products 'elsewhere'
The reply was very nice and you could tell it was not a 'fully canned automated' reply. They were not able to help with the 'elsewhere' products as expected as each market determines their own, which is fair enough.
However they did send me some (completely unexpected, honestly!) vouchers :cool: which as I read it was for my enquiry generally, was a lovely unexpected bonus. Top marks.
