Collect plus have lost my parcel for item I sold on Amazon
I sold a laptop of amazon and bought the Collectplus label with full £300 cover. However the buyer has come back to me telling me that the parcel is not received and also that the tracking is showing as delivered. I tried contacting Collectplus who told me its Amazon's responsibility, as apparently Amazon did not purchase…

Instock Appliances...be warned.
I ordered online and paid for a washing machine from this company on April 20th. They failed to deliver on 5 occasions with lots of excuses about their delivery company and then their own driver. I cancelled the order on May 21st and asked for a refund which they have said three times that they have actioned. NO REFUND…

'Rip Off Britain' alive and well at Costco
We've been Costco members since they first appeared in the UK. I have to say that for a long time we were big fans. Over the past few years though we have perceived a rapid decline in range, competitiveness and customer service but never more so than this evening. I seemed to recall having seen a wooden tool chest at one…

B & Q Diamond Card not as good as I'd thought
I have only recently passed 60 and therefore qualified for a diamond card. I had thought that any purchases that I made using the card on a Wednesday would qualify for the discount. It seems that the discount is only applicable on items being sold for their full price. any item in a sale or on any sort of offer is excluded.

Urgh, hacked off
Looks like I lost £10 and there's nothing I can do about it. I'm so dozy, I don't even remember going into Waitrose on the 29th May, but eventually I found the receipt which said I did. Out of a bill that was £15-something, £10 was cashback. Thing is, I don't remember asking for cashback or receiving any cash, and I sure…

Dear Readers, i have never written a formal complaint but after my partner booked a cottage for herself and her mum in the lead up to our wedding but later found out it was too far away from the venue (30 miles) and have now been faced with an extortionate cancellation charge of £365 from Welcome Cottages. This is for 4…

Alexanda Hamilton group
Hi all, has anyone used Alexanda Hamilton group before? I purchased a chocolate making course through Groupon last year, booked in the date easily, no problem at all! We then had an email the week before the course date saying the course had been cancelled due to a shortage of numbers. We booked it back in again for March…

Carphone Warehouse ID network - misrepresented in store
Hi All, Bit of a rant - just went into CPW main local store ask in store about their new ID network which claims to be offering a better deal than three (whose backbone they use). I am currently with three - I like the option of tethering upto 4GB/month as sometimes I just need to. I wanted to know about ID's tethering…

Useless trader
I had an electric shower fitted by the " Crystal Team ". I asked for one with thermostatic control, they fitted a cheaper one with manual control. Where the connection was made to the cold water supply they left it with leaks. They said they would return and fix this, they didn't and I had to fix it myself. Worse still…

Tesco - No longer a customer
Morning As we've seen from the press it seems to be happening all over, we're sick of how Tesco (greedy greedy) have treated us, and we're abandoning them. I'm no longer in need to give them my money, I only used them for a handful of things (coffee pods and cat litter) but can now get them more conveniently and cheaper…

Muller pud corner
A trivial vent, but we where so disappointed with this product, I though it was worth a warning to other who might give them a try. Those who haven't seen the advert, muller are promoted a corner yogurt but more like a dessert (pud corner). One side is a chocolaty mousse, the corner is the typical chocolate ball topping,…
