Useless trader

I had an electric shower fitted by the " Crystal Team ". I asked for one with thermostatic control, they fitted a cheaper one with manual control. Where the connection was made to the cold water supply they left it with leaks. They said they would return and fix this, they didn't and I had to fix it myself. Worse still they did not connect the earth wire in the fuse box, leaving the shower in a potentially lethal state had the shower heater unit malfunctioned and shorted to earth. I had to call in a (good) electrician to fix it. He was amazed when he saw what they had done. I have sent emails and a recorded delivery letter to them but have not received any reply. Further. This set of incompetent ( I cannot use the real words ) eejits were recommended by
" Rated People" . When told about the above they offered no help at all. They told me that it was not themselves who rated the people they recommend but the people ( victims ? ) who have the work done!! Again I cannot say on this forum what I would like to.

Sorry but there's more. I wanted to take the dispute to Trading Standards, but this is not possible. You have to go via Citizens Advice Bureau . They pass on what information they think relevant and that's it. All I got from them ( C.A.B) was a load of legal jargon and by the time I had read it I almost lost the will to live.
So after having to repair leaks, got the wrong shower and being possibly electrocuted, I've got nowhere.
