Calling mobiles from landline
I live in an area with very poor mobile service and consequently have to use my landline to make calls to mobile numbers. At present I have TalkTalk and they include mobile calls in their bundled call allowances. This is pretty much the only reason I am with TalkTalk and now I want to move (dreadful email service!). Are…

Incoming calls only
My mother in law is 94 and has dementia? She needs her phone so that people can ring her but we need to stop her making calls as she does so randomly and at all times. BT say she can go onto incoming only at an extra charge of £5.50 a month which I think is disgusting. I can’t seem to find anything anywhere to offer this?

I was told by Talk talk that I couldn't phone out on my landline till I paid them £136 for a 16 hour phone call which proved to be a call I rang off of after 5 minutes to a contractor. It seems to me that even if I didn't successfully turn my phone off that the call centre (Mears, a repair firm used by my landlord,…

Virgin Media port landline
If anyone has any suggestions for getting my landline number back, all suggestions gratefully received.
