My mother in law is 94 and has dementia? She needs her phone so that people can ring her but we need to stop her making calls as she does so randomly and at all times.
BT say she can go onto incoming only at an extra charge of £5.50 a month which I think is disgusting.
I can’t seem to find anything anywhere to offer this?
