I'm due to fly to Hong Kong with Virgin Atlantic in two weeks' time for a one week holiday. The FCO hasn't advised against travelling to Hong Kong yet. If I decide not to go because of the conoravirus outbreak will I be able to claim insurance?

Transit through Beijing airport
Hi - we are due to fly to Hong Kong via Beijing to pick up a cruise on 14th February. Our TA has told us that the FCO advice does not apply as we will not leave Beijing airport. Can anyone let us know if this is true please? We still want to travel but would be much happier flying direct now.
