Stock
The other day I got some OXO chicken stock cubes as I didn't really have the time to make my own stock and didn't realise that I had run out. However, I found them rather salty. Is it possible to buy a less salty stock cube? I am able to shop at Lidl, Netto, ASDA or a Tesco Metro if that makes a difference. Thanks for any…

Recipes for houmous & falafels
Hi, I wondered if anyone has good recipes for home made houmous and falafel. My DD has just announced she wants to go veggie and having tried and not liked a shop bought falafel mix, would like to make my own. Also houmous, I guess that must be really easy to whizz up in a food processor !

I recently got a breadmaker from the local furniture exhange. It's a Morphy Richards 48265 Long Loaf. Does anyone own or has owned this model, and can give some…
