Hinari Breadmaker anyone else got one?!!!
Bought this BM because it seemed the cheapest and most reasonable one at the time but I've never seemed to be able to make a decent loaf with it consistently so I sort of lost interest in it. Now I'm becoming a more active member of OS I would like to start using it again so anyone got any advice please? There are BM clubs…

Help! meal suggestions needed with this list of ingredients?
I've been reading alot of threads over the last couple of weeks and even started a couple myself but I think I've been a bit overawed by how resourceful everyone is being... I'm a chocolate-munching tv-addicted couch potato who will do everything the easiest way possible - that's why we live mostly on takeaways!…

I just tried this one http://www.101cookingrecipes.com/chinese-cooking-recipes/garlic-aubergine.php And it worked ok, first time I did it, I did it like this: used EV olive oil Kept adding more olive oil as the aubergnes absorbed it. 100% chocolate
I have a small piece of 100% cocoa solids chocolate, which is interesting, but too bitter even for me, so I think I shall make mousse. Has anyone ever melted 100% chocolate? Will it behave like 70%, do you think?

How many times can I cook meat?
I always thought meat could only be cooked twice, eg cook raw steak, make it into a pie and cook it again. There was quite a lot of rib beef left from Wednesday night's tea, so I've minced it and made a minced beef stew for tea tonight. However the book I've been using -The New English Kitchen (Rose Prince) suggests that…

Dry Fry Pans?
Does anyone remember these? I'd really like to buy one again. For those that don't know what they are, they were sort of a frying pan with a raised centre, with holes in. The way they cooked was almost like steaming rather than frying. Very popular in the 80's and quite a healthy way to cook. Anyhow, I'd really like to buy…

Multi Grain Flour
I bought some little cake bars in Tesco the other day and they were really delicious (although expensive at over £1 for 6).
