chicken stock... Now what?
from a small chicken i have so far had it slow cooked, with veggies, then with the left overs made chicken curry in the slow cooker, then i put the carcass and a few onions & veggies in the slow cooker over night. now i have quite a watery substance in my fridge, but have no idea what to do with it.
