NIE Bill Charged the Higher Rate
Just got our electric bill in and they have charged me 16.88p per unit for my electric from 8th Dec to 27th Feb. Now i thought they decreased the price on 1st Jan to 15.06p so why have i been charged the old rate. Sending them an email now to see what they say Any one else get charged this amount?
