Anyone actually claimed over the postal strike??
Has anyone claimed for delayed 1st class post? I know you are entitled to £10 if its more than 11 days old but how exactly do you go about claiming it? Is it as simple as bringing in the franked envelopes and asking for a tenner or do you have to provide more proof? Anyone done this yet?
