PCP deal
Hi, I’m after some advice! I’ve come to the end of my current pcp deal on a Honda CR-V. Due to the mileage travelled with my job, I’ve gone 10k over the 60k limit and so will get stung if I hand the car back. Looked at new pcp deals and apparently there’s no equity in my current car! What’s my best options - just buy the…

is it me or are second hand dealers cheaper than private sellers these days?
I'm in the market for an under £1000 car, and surprised to see more adverts from second hand dealers (px-to-clear whatever that means) and lower prices, than what I see from private sellers? Is this normal?

Oil Extraction pumps
Any of you fine readers used one of those £30 12v or the manual extraction pumps for an oil change? I have to raise and axle stand my car , overall it takes the best part of 2hrs to carefully cleanly change the oil/filter. I'm wondering if it maybe worth investing in a pump all be it for once or twice a year usage?

Can my son's mother insure his car if the car is not insured?
Hi. Can a vehicle be insured by someone that doesn't have the car registered in there name? And is it legal to have this as the only insurance policy on the car? I bought a car for my son's 18th birthday. His mother wants to insure it though, and add my son as a driver to her policy.

So I've read a number of posts on here. I recently completed a Speed Awareness Course. been looking at some insurance quotes online, namely comparison sites, Aviva and Esure. I've never bought a new-new car before…
