Hi everyone. I'm having problems with one of my sidelights. Funny thing is both sidelights work when day lights are active and when side lights are switched on....but when I switch on the headlights, only the drivers sidelight works. Any ideas?

Without any details of the vehicle any answer will be a complete guess.

My 1979 Fiesta had a similar problem, but I doubt ypur problem will be due to a fuse being dislodged during clutch cable replacement job.

Dislodged fuse? That's unusual it was normally a faulty earth, normally cured by either wd40 or a bit of wet and dry.

I suspect neither will cure much on modern vehicles nowadays though.
  • It will be a rusted earth connection
