Can I counterclaim for negligence
I was hit by a motorcycle about three years ago whilst driving my car. The motorcyclist came up behind me fast and tried to overtake with no indications and hit the driver's wing of my car. It was all captured on CCTV, which shows exactly what I just described. The guy wasn't indicating and was driving too fast and I was…

Named driver who won't drive.
Fault accident leading to insurance going up by a silly amount. Broker has suggested adding a named driver could bring it down a little. Dropped car at Local Dealer for MOT (under warranty) and car has passed with no issues. Looking at MOT Certificate it has a different local garage as Inspection Authority. Am I right in thinking that the MOT has not been done at Dealer Garage but outsourced to another independent garage? Is this normal?
