Paint - an optional extra
I see that Nissan are up to their old tricks again The new Micra (from about £11,500 for a 900cc version !!) is available only in "beige" unless you pay extra for a different colour - since "beige" is not a very nice car colour - Nissan are effectively making paint an optional extra !!A-V-O-I-D !!

Should I sell my diesel car...
... ahead of proposed tax changes / fees / charges? I'm worried that with all the current talk of the damage that diesel does to the environment, my car value could fall dramatically, and so am considering changing for petrol, now. I know in some ways this is a 'piece of string' type question, but just looking for some…

help with selling a number plate
I bought a registration number some time ago, but for personal reasons would like to sell it on as it's not relevant anymore. It's on a Certificate of Entitlement and has never been allocated to a vehicle. I've tried to look into this, but don't want to get it wrong. If I sell on the open market (eg ebay), would I be…
