Bought Used Van from Dealer - discovered fault on drive home

We bought a Used Van from a Dealer yesterday. Bought for business use but paid on a personal credit card. Full service history, last MOT this month, and extended warranty.

On the drive home it kept beeping intermittently, no warning lights, all doors firmly shut, all seatbelts secure.

Have spoken to the dealer who has said he'll get it booked into his garage, however when we spoke to the garage to arrange this they told us they are extremely busy with a large backlog.

We then called out garage to get their advice. They've said that it sounds like it might be an ongoing issue and have advised that we reject it and get our money back.

Just wanted to check if there was anything we need to know before doing this?

On some vans unless you fully push the handbrake lever to the floor it will chime away until you do. Just a thought!

Yep. Transit vans have this problem.

    What is the van OP?
