Have the bank stolen my endowment policy?
Hello. In approximately 1994, I was ask to hand over my endowment policy as security for a personal loan. I'm wondering if they were acting correctly by taking it? Where is it now? Can I track it down? The policy has been running since 1986 so should have some value.

Hi all Might be a really silly question, but when you remortgage are you able to just amend the term of the mortgage. Ie my mortgage was taken out over 35 years, so after my 2 year fixed would be 33. Can I state in my remortgage I want it to now be 30?
