Virgin Mortgage DIP - Approved

Hi guys. I’m sorry, I know there has been 101 threads about the same thing..... however you know what it’s like, it answers a question but not really the answer(s) you were looking Ford

So, I’ll cut to the chase. I have applied for a mortgage through Viegin mortgages (via a broker) this is my second mortgage albeit, it will be the only mortgage soon, as selling the house to fund the second property.........

Long story short, I have applied via a broker, it came back accepted l.. great news. So, I have sent my full application to them, my question is....

1) is the full credit check done at DIP?
2) is the evidence usually asked by virgin just P60 and wage slips?
3) is there anything else that I should be aware of? My broker said it’s all good, and it will go through fine as DIP approved etc etc. So, any help or advice from anyone - I just want some clarity on it althanks in advance.

What do you want us to say? Your broker is the one best placed to advise you seeing as he's at the coal face so to speak.

These threads are just boring and pointless tbh.

We do not use Virgin massively but when we do they tend to be quite good.

    1) I am not 100% on this. I think it is but do not hold me to that.
    2) Yes.
    3) Speak to your broker :) They work for you, they know your situation. I would be a little upset if I thought my customers felt like they had to ask randomers on the internet rather than coming to me.
