Trust deed mortgage

Hi
Looking for some help, I have been discharged from a trust deed and have saved 5% of the value of the house I want to buy. I am aware mainstream may not entertain me as it's not going to be removed from my file until Jan 2020. But does anyone know which lenders may look at me? Fairly decent earnings and credit file is nearly good now. Apart from the trust deed all is good.
Any help or guidance is appreciated.
