Aldermore - Timescales

Hi, we currently have an application in with Aldermore. Our MA submitted the application on 19 July, though we didn't have all the required documents to hand (My passport had expired, husband didn't have his P60), so these were submitted piece by piece, everything submitted last Thursday (1st Aug).
Chased MA yesterday to be told the documents submitted last Thu haven't been looked at yet. Any ideas how long it takes Aldermore to look at things and when we're likely to hear about an offer? We're desperate to get our offer and get things moving!
On the plus side, our MA did say yesterday that Aldermore have accepted the Home Report value and signed that off, so at least we won't need to wait on that! (We're in Scotland).

Aldermore and the other specialist lenders do take their time to look at every piece of information submitted. Try not to panic and let your MA do his/her job.0

Hi Esabical84,
Just to put your mind at rest, below is our timescale ( I have been googling Aldermore timescales for almost a month and not a great deal was recent) hope this helps.
AIP 23/07/19
Documents required 26/07/19
Valuation took place. No issues 30/07/19
Mortgage offer today! 16/08/19 (Yippee!!)
Aldermore came back twice just to confirm a few things, I put this down to our mortgage broker leaving halfway through our application and things were not sent across, I.e proof of savings.
Pretty straightforward application, but I was thinking the worst as days passed by and I wasn’t getting any news.
Sending you luck and I hope you get your offer soon!0 -
I am the same as you valuation done everything else fine now just waiting on offer. 2weeks today from the start hopefully hear something soon
I'm pulling my hair out and I always think the worst0
