My house was recently valued at £250K and I…

(Is this possible?) * Parent gifts me the money. * I take 4 year pay cut, effectively paying back loan. * Employer writes off loan to parent. I am aware of the…

Blemain finance - who are they?
I have just received a letter addressed to both my husband and myself from blemain finance stating that we have made an overpayment and asking for our bank details to refund us. Reclaiming mis-sold bank approved house survey
With our current mortgage provider a requirement was to have a survey completed. We had arranged for an independent to do this however the Halifax told us it had to be one of their approved surveyors.
