Hi
Im looking for a mortgage that allows over payments and borrow back.
Can anyone please recommend a good place to start? Most of the offset products seem quite high rates, and i'm looking for 85% LTV.

YBS also do 85% LTV offset mortgages but not sure if they have the very best rates.
Build up savings in the offset account0
