Mortages and Completion

Hi all,

Hopefully I'm about to complete in the next few weeks. Woo.

I was wondering what final checks would need to be done with reagrds to the mortgage. Will they re credit check me, is it a hard search? Is there anything else that they may require? Documents etc? Its with NatWest.

You may be re-checked in a routine audit. It will be a hard footprint if done again.

They may require additional documentation if something comes up in the audit they wish to verify.

Nothings changed on my report except payed off some balances on cards so that should be a positive.
