We have exchanged today - thank god feels so good!

Just hoping nothing now can go wrong, this website has been a huge help but also made me panic about a few things that i hadnt even thought could happen (like the lender withdrawing mortgage offer AFTER exchange). Just arranged home insurance and panicking as I chose the direct debit option but I guess what will be will be...bring on the 3rd!:beer:

    You should be fine but yes it's nerve-wracking!

    Thank you!! Yes really nerve wracking. This is our 3rd house buying attempt (1st had survey issues, 2nd sellers 'changed' their mind:mad:!!)
    We were thinking of getting a sofa on credit but changed our mind after reading this forum!I'm hoping everything will run smoothly now, nothing has changed since we got our mortgage offer apart from that home insurance direct debit!
