Buy-to-let, let-to-buy or just sell up and start again?
Hiya guys, bit of a tricky one this but here's the basics. I've decided I've had enough of living in York. Moved here 4 years ago from west yorkshire, never really settled/liked it and since I've split up with my fiance last week I've decided to do something about it. The 2-bed semi I bought was £145,000 in October 2008.…
