Can anyone advice of a good company to do equity release mortage, its for my mother she is debt and mortage free, and wants to release some capital, but the internet is bombarded with them so its difficult to know who to go to

https://www.unbiased.co.uk and do a search by postcode and select equity release(lifetime mortgages) in the filter. This will show the local adviser firms that can deal with equity release and offer whole of market coverage in providers.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
