Mortgage offer but no product fee mentioned ?

We've just had our mortgage offer through post, im sure when the mortgage broker came round he said there was a product fee of £999 which will be added to the loan but there is no mention of it anywhere ? there is a fees section which details £99 quid to secure product which weve paid and £250 valuation fee which is paid.

The reason im worried is i know when they did figures they said its fine we just scrape in within affordability (which id assumed included the £999 fee to be added to loan)

Now im worried they have forgotten about it, and don't know what to do !! What if it comes up after weve exchanged and then they say its take us out of affordability and withdraw offer and we lose our deposit !! - worst case scenario but after reading horror stories ive convinced myself something horrible will go wrong at very last minute !!

Thanks

I haven't asked them !! Literally only just got it in the post i daren't ask in case they say sorry we've made a mistake and will have to withdraw the offer - although i guess if needs be we can just pay the £1k in cash rather than add to loan.

No (but damn I'm awesome for picking that out of the sky), do you have the original KFI? Check the interest rate.

Nationwide usually have two products, one with a £99 booking fee and a £900 arrangement fee. One with just the £99 booking fee. The rate is usually higher for the latter but that can be more suitable for smaller mortgages.

Are you sure this isn't the brokers fee?

I dont have the kfi the broker didnt leave us one ? Although he may have emailed it to my husband after. I think the broker is getting commision from the lender direct, no fee for us to pay. I remember the interest rate is 4.59% 80%ltv. I could be wrong about the £999 i suppose as we did discuss a few different lenders so i could be mixed up on who was charging what. Sorry i sound really dumb liked ive signed up for a mortgage without even checking the any of the specifcs !! I did check it before app submitted and was happy with everything - Hopefully it shows I'm being vigilant checking about a fee i was expecting thats not there rather than it being on there and not realising !!!
