Hey, Currently on a deal of 3.79% life time tracker with Coventry LTV 85%. I have noticed that they have recently increased the rates for the same deal with have recently remortgaged to for new customers. Now it is 4.49%. Are they likely to increase this for exisiting customers? Thanks

HSBC require Structural Defects Warranty as condition of sale?
Is this the norm with all lenders? Has anyone else had to obtain one of these from seller recently? Our seller is confused, never heard of one and seems to think they need architects certificate although HSBc specify this is not acceptable. Any idea guys? Any help or advice?
