Vendor gifted deposits

Hi there

Are there any mortgage providers who are happy to accept vendor gifted deposits? We are looking at a new build so need 15% deposit but only have enough for 10% and the builder has offered 5% gifted.!

I know a lot of lenders are not keen on VGD but wondered if there are any in particular we should target.!

Builder deposit at 5% is still ok, its private vendor deposits that now don't have a home - try Halifax for an agreement in principle.
