Previous mortgage company want money back!!
I've just received a letter from a mortgage company I left over 3yrs ago saying that my account has a shortfall of £715.53 due to a refund overpayment. The account was settled in April 2007 when I re-mortgaged. Can they demand this money off me after this amount of time?! Please can anybody help with some advice?!!!
