Nationwide Mortgage Advice.

Hi..
so i have posted before but want to just clarify something as its really stressing me...
Im awaiting to hear back from my broker as to whether Nationwide have accepted us on our mortgage.. HOWEVER I have another house that I live in currently but have someone lined up to move into.. someone on here has told me that they wont accept it unless I can afford both until someone is actually living in it..
So im awaiting my broker to here back from them and i guess she will then put in the argument that i have someone ready to move in etc.. but no doubt they will say tough..
I need to clarify.. Would the case still remain open.. for example if they said no.. then i jus bit the bullet and moved out to let the tennant move in - not a mega problem as i can move to my partners..
could the broker not then call them back and say - ok so shes moved out - give my current address - then I can provide them with the relevant information they want.. OR would it be a WHOLE new app?
if anyone could confirm this then that will be great!

I would rephrase that as "consider" it.
All circumstances differ. So best to wait for official news before planning your next move.
Playing games won't endear you to an underwriter either.0 -

thats not playing games as the tennant is going to be moving in reguardless.. Just i may have to speed up the process in order to have the mortgage granted. Which i am prepared to do if they come bk saying i need to have a tennant occupying the property.0
