Mortgage company has instructed Eserv for a survey on the property im buying. Estate agents confirmed they are doing it tomorrow. Will i be able to get a copy of the report or is it only for the lender? Could i ring them and ask them about it tomorrow afternoon, rather than having to wait til next week to find out.
