Hi all,
Our Accord Mortgage deal which is currently 6.29% fixed repayment ends in July 2010, we currently owe around £90000. I rang the company today to check out re:making over payments and what the current rate is after this time. The mortgage then changes to SVR which currently is 5.99% (would say this will be higher by this time).
Was looking advice as to when we should start looking at deals?
I think are property is worth realistically around £110000, property is in Belfast.
Are joint salaries are around £48000 before tax. Their may be the possibilty that I may change jobs at some point soon but would be permanant post would this effect mortgage offer. Also would want to be able to move house with any new deal. Are there any better deals about and when should we start applying?
Thanks so much in advance for any advice.
