Northern rock taken two payments and left me with £0.31
Just checked my bank account and found I have 31p on Xmas eve due to Northern Rock taking two mortgage payments this month. And they are now closed for xmas and I have direct debits to pay between now and the 1st. Any suggestions?

hi i applied for mortgage in oct09 its been approved however we were in a chain the seller couldnt agree for a date and it got delayed a lot. but now seller has agreed to move into rental in january and there is a better interest rate from the same lender could i ask for that new rate?? thanks in advance
