Mortgage Provider?

Hi,

We've been discharged bankrupt now for nearly year and we've been told that we may have a chance of being accepted for a mortgage? Is this true? We do have a deposit which should be big enough.

If so can anyone recommend any mortgage providers?

This may be wishful thinking but i just wanted to check what someone has told me.

Thanks

L

Unless you have a massive deposit (40%+) I would be amazed if there's a mortgage out there for you. Even with that deposit it could well be a major struggle.

Check with a whole of market broker before throwing in the towel though.
