We have equity in our spanish property,we are fully re mortgaged (on our UK property)when building the property in spain,with banks etc wanting a bigger deposit and you get a better interest rate was wondering if I can somehow use this spanish equity to raise our deposit %.

you can look at rasing a mortgage against the spanish property. Get some advice though as there are some great deals out there to be had through UK banks.
buying sterling with the euro's you raise at the moment may mean you don't need to borrow as much as you initially thought to get the GBP's you need.Happily an ex mortgage broker!0
