If mortgage lender is doing valuation, can we assume we passed credit checks?
Nothing more to add other than title really, but if the valuation of the property is going ahead on Monday, can we assume we have passed the credit checks required for our mortgage? Presumably they would not do the valuation unless they felt we were in a position to proceed?
