mortgage question

Hi, I have had my house repossessed and am in debt, but am hoping to start a DMP or perhaps sequestration.
My partner owns his own house with good credit rating, etc. If he was to get new mortgage and we were to move could my wage be taken into consideration although i could not be on mortgage.
any help would be appreciated.
thanks

I would suggest minimising any financial association and avoid any joint financial commitments that could potentially drag down your partner's credit rating.
A lender won't take your income in to account unless you were named on the mortgage.0
