pay of mortgage - problems later?
Hi all I'm in a fortunate postion to pay my existing mortgage off, £40K. If I pay it off, is there any detriment to maybe taking another mortgage out in future years? Or will it affect my credit rating in a bad way etc? TIA wilse:beer:
