Title deeds
In December I'm redeeming my mortgage in full (paying it off). My back are charging £235 administration/ sealing fee. I'm not quite sure what happens then, I assume I'll get my 'deeds', but what exactly are they? and what do i need to do to them? Is there anything i need to know?

Buy to Let / Commerical Advice
I currently have a commercial / 'buy to let' mortgage on a property for circa £200k. The repayments are cheap(ish) about £1,100, but I hardly reduce the capital amount. I want to re-mortgage which 'performs better' and pays off more - any advice?
