How much mortgage have I got left?

Had a mortgage for £60k and been making payments of about £340 for 2 years at an interest rate of 4.75 (think so anyway), how much have I got left, roughly, due for re-mortgage next year and wanted to release some equity but dependant on how much I've paid.
2p off is still 2p off!

If you ring your lender, they'll be able to tell you your current balance. I get mine 2 or 3 times a year, as I'm overpaying quite a bit.
EDIT: Just run your figures through...
http://www.whatsthecost.com/mortgage.aspx
...and it shows your current balance (after 2 years) at around £57,500*
* Assuming you started the mortgage 2 years ago over 25 years.0 -
