Fixed rate for 10 years

Does anyone know of any good 10 year (or longer) fixed rate mortgages? We have just come to the end of our "grace period" of low interest rates that went with the first 3 years of our mortgage, but now it will go up by £200 per month which is very hard to swallow. We want to fix for as long as possible as the rates are reasonably low at the moment compared to what they could be but the best we can find is 5.25% with Abbey. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

NATIONWIDE have a 10yr fixed at 4.89%, free legals & valuation, £389 reservation fees & £95 remortgage admin fee.
From the link YorkshireBoy has given try your own figures through moneysupermarket and moneynet calculators [external links to this site]. There may be cheaper ones than NW. Always add in any fees, though on a 10yr deal they shouldn't make too much difference [NW's fees add the equivillent of £4.03pm to your repayments].
