Multiple questions about my mobile
I previously had a Tesco / O2 SIM card that worked fine. I could top it up using cash at a shop to get a receipt with a code. I could leave the phone unused for ages, then go back and it worked fine. Recently I got a new EE SIM card. It is PAYG top up - which I do online via their website. But the credit keeps just…

Will I be charged for opening an SMS message?
I really don't use mobile phones very much and I can't find much information about SMS charges on the internet. It seems to be a bit of a mystery in fact. If I receive an SMS notification on my mobile phone, could I be charged for clicking to open the message? I can't tell who an SMS message came from or what it's about…

O2 payg charging glitch or phone glitch?
I got so furious with a BBC show on Radio Five I tried to send a text. My phone flagged it as 'Unsent' but I couldn't see how to re-send it so I wrote another text and got another 'Unsent' . I then got a text from O2 stating my remaining balance on my a/c was about £10 less than I thought. I used a subject access request…

Contract issues with ee
My phone doesn’t work properly. I called EE and it turns out I am THREE days out of warranty. EE customer service said the only thing I can do is get a second contract and line. They won’t change like for like. Their customer service manager was defensive and abusive from the second I spoke to him. I’ve been with EE and…

New EE package.
I'm getting more deaf (even with my hearing aid in) and I am only just beginning to use more texts. I have EE PAYG and rarely ever (previously) use more than about £2 or, at most,£3 a month. Because this may increase can anyone please answer a few questions - until I can get into my nearest EE Shop, please? The 'new'…

PAC code issues
I got a EE code and was confused on the expiry date, I thought they last 30 days but noticed it said must be given 48 hours in advance to new supplier so therefore 28 days not 30 days. I did it 3 days before expiry as in 27 days and new provider (Virgin) said there was a issue and I would get called back next day, never…

Three price increase - way above RPI
I signed a two year contract with three for a Mifi. I agreed £8 a month for 20Gb. That in Aug 2018. The actual contract I got through says £28 a month, less a £20 a month customer loyalty discount. My monthly charge has just risen to £8.70. They seem to have based the increase on the £28, rather than the £8. ir. £28.70 -…
