PAC code issues
I got a EE code and was confused on the expiry date, I thought they last 30 days but noticed it said must be given 48 hours in advance to new supplier so therefore 28 days not 30 days.
I did it 3 days before expiry as in 27 days and new provider (Virgin) said there was a issue and I would get called back next day, never happened so tried again and was told same thing yesterday, tried today and was told straight away when giving it that it had expired.
Is expiring 48 hours early normal? Just seems strange to say 30 days when its in fact 28 days.
And about the Virgin issue? Is it worth complaining as its because of them I couldn't transfer (though you could argue I may of gave code earlier I didn't want to lose airtime)
Whats the best thing to do?

Ask for a new PAC and move on.
PAC's don't get processed over a weekend, it's purely Monday to Fridays due to the fact that it's a manual process that can't be automated.0
